Each provider is engaged under terms requiring confidentiality, security measures appropriate to the data, processing limited to our instructions, and approved transfer mechanisms where data leaves the customer's region. Where a provider offers it, we select configurations that exclude customer content from provider model training.

Customers are notified in the application before a new category of subprocessor begins processing customer content, and may raise a reasonable objection under their agreement.
