Terms of service

Subject to these terms, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service for internal business purposes during the subscription term. Access is per named user; credentials must not be shared.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the content it submits, for holding the rights needed to upload it, for keeping credentials secure, and for the decisions it takes after reading any output.

The service produces simulated stakeholder positions and structured analysis. Output is generated by statistical models, may contain errors or omissions, does not represent the views of any real person or organisation, and is not legal, financial, medical or employment advice. The customer must apply independent human judgement before acting.

The customer retains ownership of the content it submits and of reports generated from it. The operator retains ownership of the platform, models of persona structure, prompts, templates and all improvements to the service.

Fees, billing frequency and usage limits are set out in the order form. Unpaid fees may result in suspension after written notice.

The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, it is provided without further warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and each party's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within thirty days. Access may be suspended immediately for security incidents, unlawful use, or breach of the acceptable use policy. On termination, customer content is exported on request and then deleted in line with the privacy notice.

The governing law and forum are those stated in the customer agreement. Absent an agreement, the operator's place of establishment applies.
